Full Time IOW Architect Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Habrisalam Architect Johor - Maukerja

A local company involved in a large-scale Data Center Project is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position for our Data Center site in Johor:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, materials, and method statements before site execution.
• 4. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and Civil, Structural, M&E, ICT, and other project teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure architectural works comply with statutory requirements, building regulations, and client specifications.
• Identify and report defects, non-conformance issues (NCRs), and ensure timely rectification.
• Inspect finishing works and verify proper installation of architectural and fire-rated components.
• Attend site inspections, technical meetings, and coordination meetings.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including progress updates and quality inspections.
• Assist in QA/QC inspections, testing and commissioning, CCC preparation, authority inspections, and project handover.
• Verify as-built drawings, O&M documents, and support final inspections and punch list close-out.
• Promote and ensure safe work practices on-site.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
