Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and/or company website.
  • Familiar with product listing, inventory management, pricing updates and order processing.
  • Basic knowledge of online campaigns, promotions and marketplace tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to learn, attend training and grow with the company.

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage the daily operations of Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and company website.
  • Create and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and stock levels.
  • Plan, execute and monitor online campaigns, vouchers, promotions and marketplace activities.
  • Ensure product information is accurate and up to date across all online platforms.
  • Monitor sales performance, marketplace analytics and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, customer service and design teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle order management and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketplace features, e-commerce trends and industry best practices.
  • Attend external training, workshops and seminars with the management when required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
