Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality control and meticulous attention to detail in all production tasks.

Exhibit proficiency in soldering techniques and a willingness to further develop these skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbally and in writing.

Willingness to work onsite at our Penang Harbour Trade location, Lintang Maccallum 2, 10300 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety guidelines.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to production processes.

Operate and maintain production equipment, including soldering stations, according to standard operating procedures.

Conduct visual inspections of manufactured products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Identify and report any defects or deviations from quality standards to the supervisor for corrective action.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, defects identified, and equipment downtime.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to production processes and equipment operation.
