Requirements
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement-related roles.
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiar with inventory allocation, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
- Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of setting up and using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Knowledge import & export procedures and handling of related permits/licenses is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage overall supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory planning, and import/export coordination.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize overstock/shortages.
- Execute strategic stock allocation planning across B2C and B2B channels based on sales trends and operational priorities.
- Analyze sales, procurement, inventory movement, and operational trends to support business planning.
- Identify inventory risks and propose improvement solutions.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Maintain and optimize inventory management systems and operational workflows.
- Support on supply chain process and system improvements.
