Requirements
Academic Level: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, LCCI).
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience. Experience handling school accounts or tuition center billing is an advantage.
Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Traits: Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and ability to meet strict financial deadlines.
Fresh Graduates: High-achieving accounting fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate day-to-day ledgers, including accounts receivable (student tuition fees) and accounts payable (vendor invoices).
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for management.
Payroll Management: Process monthly staff salaries, allowances, and accurate deductions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (income tax).
Fee Collection: Track, issue, and reconcile student tuition fees, managing follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit relevant corporate tax and statutory filings on time.
Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents during annual audit cycles.
