Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Win Motor Welding Johor - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage our company’s full set of accounts and ensure smooth daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax compliance (SST & E-Invoice), processing payroll, and utilizing Autocount Accounting Software to support business decision-making.

· Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL, ensuring timely monthly closing and reconciliation.

· Prepare and submit SST returns in compliance with statutory deadlines.

· Oversee the end-to-end E-Invoice process to ensure full compliance with LHDN requirements.

· Process monthly staff payroll / salaries, including statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

· Handle daily accounting operations, such as data entry, payment verification, and bank reconciliations.

· Utilize Autocount Accounting Software for all accounting transactions and financial reporting.

· Assist in basic tax computations and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, or company secretary when required.

· Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
