Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Course Counselor / Education Consultant

  • Degree in Business Management or Marketing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and counseling abilities

  • Passion for education and student success

  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and professionals on university admissions and online courses

  • Recommend suitable academic and professional programs based on student needs

  • Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media

  • Follow up with leads and guide students through the enrollment process

  • Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets
