Minimum 1–2 years of HR or related working experience.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese, English, and Malay.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently.
Tanggungjawab
Manage and support the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, manage leave applications, and monitor attendance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Organize employee engagement programs, team building activities, and internal HR events.
Liaise with internal departments on HR-related matters.
