Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Able to handle full set accounts independently.
Experience dealing with auditors and tax agents is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accounting accuracy.
Able to guide and monitor junior staff.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
Ensure all accounting entries and records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant parties.
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for audit purposes.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Provide guidance and support to junior accounts staff.
Review and monitor subordinates work to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Assist with any ad hoc accounting or finance-related tasks assigned by management.
