Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in property management, administration, or related roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Victorian Real Estate Agent Representative Certificate preferred (optional if managing Australian properties remotely).

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

A. Property & Tenancy Management

  • Manage leasing, tenancy agreements, and rental collections.

  • Handle tenant inquiries, follow-up on renewals, and arrears.

  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections.

  • Assist in marketing and promotion of properties.

B. Maintenance & Facilities Coordination

  • Liaise with contractors and service providers for building maintenance and repairs.

  • Monitor quality, cost, and timeliness of maintenance works.

  • Ensure compliance with building by-laws, safety regulations, and operational standards.

C. Administration & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain property records, reports, correspondence, and contracts.

  • Organize meetings, appointments, and staff schedules.

  • Support administrative tasks including office operations, filing, and documentation control.

D. Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Escalate and resolve property-related issues promptly.

  • Support HR or management with coordination tasks when required.
