Full Time Physiotherapist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in ECON MEDICARE CENTRE AND NURSING HOME SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Description:

• To provide therapy services as required.
• To carry out assessment on residents as part of the pre-admission assessment and to conduct regular routine assessment on the in-house residents who may require physio service.
• To recommend appropriate physio programme for the resident.
• To keep good records of all services performed and to submit weekly case reports to the Centre/Home/Hospital manager. A monthly consolidated report for workload statistics and other concerns to do with service standards would be required to be submitted to the Country Director.
• To administrate and take charge of the physiotherapy office, station, equipment and all relevant facilities. To report any faults to the manager/superior. Ensure proper documentation and billing for patients.
• To coordinate and work closely with the centre /home/ward staff nurse for the conduct of physio or rehab programme for the residents.
• To ensure that residents’ best interest is being looked after at all times.
• To actively promote the physiotherapy services both in-house as well as those prospective clients externally.
• Be responsible for the improvement of day-to-day operations and to make suggestion to the usage of such physiotherapy facilities at the Centre/Homes/Hospital.
• When required, provide training for therapy and non-therapy staff. When applicable, supervise staff assisting in the implementation of therapy programmes.
• As when required, will be assigned to perform home services or services at other designated locations besides Centre/Home/Hospital

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
