The Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving sales performance, supporting marketing initiatives, leading the sales team, and ensuring smooth sales operations for the Company's property development projects. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, executing marketing campaigns, and strengthening the Company's market presence through both traditional and digital channels.
Responsibilities
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in property sales and marketing, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of property sales processes, customer relationship management, and marketing principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
Familiar with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and digital marketing techniques to support property promotion and customer engagement.
Self-motivated, customer-oriented, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
