Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Kencana Megajaya Johor - Maukerja

What We're Looking For

• Solid QS fundamentals, the responsibilities above are real, not junior-scope busywork, and are paid accordingly.

• Self-motivated, comfortable owning the numbers without constant supervision.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Johor.

• Education: Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and financial projections for materials, labour, and equipment.

• Prepare tender documents, review bids, and manage contracts.

• Monitor project costs, track variances, and manage budgets against overruns.

• Process progressive claims, payments, and subcontractor accounts.

• Prepare cost reports and financial summaries for management.

• Identify cost/contractual risks and support dispute resolution.

• Based at the Sedenak site to verify progress and quality against cost plans in person, this is not a desk-only role.
