We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is confident, energetic and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

• Has excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Enjoys interacting with people and building genuine connections.

• Is willing to learn about skincare products and sales techniques.

• Can work on-site in Kota Damansara.

• Is able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and campaign periods.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience hosting TikTok LIVE, Shopee LIVE or other livestream platforms.

• Sales, retail, customer service or beauty industry experience.

• Familiarity with TikTok trends and social commerce.

• Passion for skincare and beauty.

What You'll Be Doing

• Host engaging TikTok & Shopee LIVE sessions that educate, entertain and drive sales.

• Showcase SKINMADE products confidently by explaining their benefits, ingredients, usage and promotions.

• Interact with viewers by answering product questions, handling objections and encouraging purchases.

• Monitor audience engagement during LIVE and adjust your presentation to improve conversions.

• Prepare for each livestream by understanding products, campaigns, promotions and featured items.

• Assist with basic livestream operations when required (product pinning, platform navigation and simple troubleshooting).

• Work closely with the Marketing and Livestream teams to execute campaigns and improve performance.

• Participate as on-camera talent for promotional videos, product launches, social media content and advertising campaigns.

• Attend product training, coaching sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve your hosting skills.

• Follow company guidelines, platform policies and approved product information at all times.
