Valid Malaysian driving license (GDL) with a clean driving record.

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a van driver, preferably in a logistics or delivery role.

Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.

Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

Familiarity with the Tebrau, Johor area and surrounding regions for efficient route planning.

Physical ability to load and unload goods as required.

Demonstrated understanding of logistics principles and practices.

Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Safely operate a company van for the timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials to designated locations within Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.

Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage during transit.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to management.

Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmation, utilizing company-provided systems or paperwork.

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and stakeholders during delivery and pick-up processes.

Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed, ensuring accuracy and organization within the warehouse or delivery area.

Manage delivery schedules effectively, adapting to changes and prioritizing routes to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Keep the company van clean and well-maintained, both internally and externally, to represent the company professionally.
