Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field, with experience in industrial supply being an added advantage.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong multitasking and task prioritization abilities.
Positive attitude, willing to learn, possess own transport, and willing to travel when required.
Responsibilities
This position is based in Johor and reports to the HQ in Selangor.
Responsible for promoting and selling company products in the Johor region.
Attend weekly sales meetings, prepare daily activity reports, and provide updates on market trends, sales activities, and customer performance.
Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers by delivering excellent customer service, sales support, and technical assistance.
Identify new business opportunities, develop new products, explore potential clients, and carry out customer visits to expand the company’s market presence.
Achieve assigned sales targets, monitor customer accounts, and ensure prompt collection of payments.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, communicate customer requirements clearly to the relevant departments, and perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
May be required to attend meetings or travel to HQ in Selangor from time to time.
