Full Time Brand Designer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Lea Holdings (M) Sarawak - Maukerja

We are seeking a forward-thinking Graphic Designerwith a passion for apparel and footwear development. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional product design, modern generative AI tools and essential operational administration. You will create standout graphics, colorways and trims for clothing and footwear while using AI to accelerate concepting and keeping development assets meticulously organized.

The Job

• Design original placement graphics, repeat patterns, logos, trims and packaging (hangtags, shoeboxes, labels).

• Develop colorways and graphic executions across footwear silhouettes and apparel lines.

• Prepare production-ready vector artwork, color callouts (Pantone/TCX), and graphic spec sheets for factory tech packs.

• Create visual presentation decks and 2D digital mockups for team reviews.

• Good team player who can work independently within strict time table and able to plan and produce result on time with quality work, preferably with strong skill and desire in product development.

• Conduct research on industry-specific visual trends, related fashion trends and competitors to ensure our designs are current and competitive.

• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align visuals with brand messaging and target audience preferences.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools and techniques and apply these insights to improve and enhance our visual identity.

• Able to perform some administrative tasks whereas required with good MS Office skills.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

• Good fashion sense, preferably in retailing of footwear, apparel and sportswear. 

• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Multi-lingual, hardworking, good initiative and positive attitudes.

• Ability to work in team, self-starter, able to work independently under minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

• Interest in researching and experimenting with emerging design techniques and styles.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing feedback and adapting to changing priorities.

• This position is open to candidates who is willing to relocate to work in Kuching, Sarawak and hold Malaysian Citizenship or Permanent Resident (PR) status.
