Secondary school certificate or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

Familiarity with shipping documentation and procedures.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Working Location : permanently based at Stulang Office or Gelang Patah Office

Assist in coordinating and arranging shipments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.

Liaise with clients, carriers, and customs brokers to resolve any shipping-related issues or inquiries.

Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers on the status of their consignments.

Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and update the logistics management system.

Support the forwarding team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
