Requirements
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
1–3 years working experience (forwarder industry preferred)
Familiar with freight forwarder billing is an advantage
Knowledge of accounting software (SQL / Autocount)
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Able to communicate with internal teams (operations, customer service)
Knowledge of SST and e-invoicing is an advantage
Mandarin speaker preferred
Responsibilities
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Issue invoices for shipment
Verify supplier invoices (shipping lines, transporters, etc.)
Monitor collections and follow up with customers
Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monthly closing
Liaise with operation team on billing matters
