  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable telecommunication products and services.
  • Promote and sell company products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest telecommunication trends and offerings.
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining the visual appeal of the sales floor.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
