Full Time Security Officer - Certificate Authority Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Vista Kencana WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in information security, compliance, or audit.

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, PKI basics, and security controls (training provided if not PKI-specific).

• High integrity, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.

• Able to work under strict compliance requirements with independence from operations.

• Knowledge of MCMC, ISO 27001, WebTrust, or regulated industry practices is an advantage.

• Good written and spoken communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Enforce compliance with CA security policies, Certificate Policy (CP), Certificate Practice Statement (CPS),  regulatory requirements and other internal policies.

• Maintain audit logs, review system and facility access records, and provide evidence for internal and external audits (MCMC, WebTrust/ETSI).

• Verify that only authorized personnel access secure facilities, HSMs, and cryptographic material.

• Monitor for security violations, escalate incidents to the Compliance Manager, and recommend corrective actions.

• Update and Improve Information Security Policy and other internal policy based on the current trend versus internal processes,

• Assist in conducting security awareness to the relevant personnel.

• Monitor and escalate and anomalies and threats to the operational team.

• Being key personnel in any incident response.
