Full Time Operation Staff (Dasher) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 + additional compensation in Drivor Skudai - Maukerja

Drivor Sdn Bhd is looking for a full-time Operations Staff (Dasher) for its Skudai hub. The Operations Staff will be the frontline ensuring the preparation and maintenance of vehicles, as well as ensuring vehicles are delivered clean and in good condition.

Requirements:

• Between 20 - 40

• Minimum SPM/STPM

• Must possess a full driving license

• Customer service experience will be an advantage

• Able to communicate in English and Malay

• Able to work overtime, outstation, and on Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of rental vehicles to customers

• Maintain a high level of customer service and address any questions from customers during check-out and check-in

• Maintain records of check-out and check-in inspections and payment collection

• Coordinate with outsourced vehicle suppliers

• Ensure vehicles are clean and refueled before delivery to customers

• Deliver vehicles for repair & servicing

• Attend to breakdowns when necessary

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior
