Experience in the construction industry or document control is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Good document management, filing and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
Good communication skills to coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors and consultants.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain site documentation using iPad and digital document systems.
Maintain document revision history and ensure proper version control.
Track document status, follow up on approvals and ensure timely submission.
Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Coordinate document submissions with project teams, clients, contractors and consultants.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
