Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR information in the HRIS.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Provide support for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.

Coordinate and administer payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.

Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other employee engagement activities.

Handle general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
