Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing, retail marketing, event management, or partnership development (beauty or retail industry experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong planning, organizational, and project management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to travel between branches and work on weekends or public holidays when required for events or campaigns.
Able to multitask effectively by managing multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, with strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure every assigned task is closely monitored, completed accurately, and delivered within the required timeline.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggungjawab
Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, customer traffic, and sales across all centres.
Manage both internal and external promotions, including outlet promotions, festive campaigns, product launches, member appreciation events, roadshows, exhibitions, and community events.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with shopping malls, corporate companies, schools, universities, hotels, gyms, banks, government agencies, and other organizations to establish marketing tie-ups and customer acquisition opportunities.
Liaise and negotiate with external partners, event organizers, shopping malls, landlords, and suppliers regarding promotional opportunities, sponsorships, venue bookings, and collaboration agreements.
Work closely with Centre Managers, Operations, CRM, Sales, HR, and the Creative Team to ensure the successful planning and execution of all marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including banners, buntings, posters, flyers, brochures, standees, signages, and other point-of-sale materials, ensuring consistent branding across all outlets.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for printing, event setup, promotional merchandise, and marketing services while monitoring quality, budgets, and project timelines.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and recommend effective promotional strategies.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, partnership effectiveness, customer engagement, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI), and prepare regular reports for management.
Support new outlet openings, relocations, grand opening events, seasonal campaigns, and other special marketing initiatives assigned by Management.
Perform any other marketing-related duties as assigned to support business growth and brand development.
