Requirements
- Assist in the creation and management of production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage raw material inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for production and minimizing waste.
- Monitor production processes to identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure all products meet premium supply and Michelin-level standards.
- Support logistics and distribution activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, labor hours, and output, for reporting and analysis.
- Facilitate effective communication between different departments, including production, procurement, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and solutions to production-related challenges.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new production staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily production activities to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to production targets.
- Collaborate with the production team to monitor workflow, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including raw materials and finished goods, and coordinate with the supply chain team to manage stock levels effectively.
- Ensure all production processes comply with quality control standards and company policies, conducting regular checks and reporting any deviations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules, taking into account material availability, equipment capacity, and labor resources.
- Facilitate communication between different departments, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare production reports, analyzing key performance indicators and providing insights for management review.
- Support the implementation of new production techniques or technologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Manage the logistics of incoming materials and outgoing finished products, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling.
- Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and promoting good housekeeping practices.
