Requirements
Open to fresh graduates (internship experience is welcomed)
Experience in customer service, chat support, or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage
Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Willing to work in an office environment at Cheras, KL/Selangor
Candidates with additional skills or interest in design, video editing, livestreaming, or video hosting are encouraged to apply (not mandatory)
Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries and provide chat support across e-commerce platforms
Handle e-commerce return parcel disputes and follow up on platform-related issues
Assist operations team with packing activities during major sales campaigns
Support daily e-commerce operations and perform other ad-hoc tasks when required
