Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries and provide chat support across e-commerce platforms
Handle e-commerce return parcel disputes and follow up on platform-related issues
Assist operations team with packing activities during major sales campaigns
Support daily e-commerce operations and perform other ad-hoc tasks when required
