Full Time Kitchen Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Wang Yak F&B Johor, Perak - Maukerja

• Local Malaysian

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (preferred).

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.

• Basic English is an advantage.

• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

• Responsible, punctual and disciplined.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in F&B industry is an advantage.

• Experience in food preparation is preferred but training will be provided.

Food Preparation

• Washing, peeling, chopping, slicing fruits, vegetables, meat and measuring ingredients.

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, cleaning ovens, wiping surfaces, mopping floorsand taking out trash.

• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe environment.

Stock Management

• Receiving deliveries, storing food, checking expiry dates, rotating stock and reporting low supplies.

Kitchen Support

• Setting up and breaking down workstations, assisting chefs with basic tasks and plating simple dishes.

Others

• Carry out other duties and job functions or instructed from time to time by the HOD and management on acting on behalf of the Company.
