About the Role

FlexiWorkFinder is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international quick-service restaurant chain in Singapore.

We are looking for motivated Malaysian graduates who are interested in building a long-term career in restaurant operations and management. Successful candidates will undergo structured training with clear career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Lead and supervise restaurant team members
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
• Assist with inventory and stock management
• Support staff scheduling and operational planning
• Work towards achieving operational and service targets

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: SGD 3,150 per month
