Requirements
Education: Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in any academic discipline.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of B2B sales experience. Direct experience or exposure to the sign-making, digital large-format commercial printing, or media advertising materials industry will be viewed as a definitive competitive advantage.
Mobility & Travel: Must possess own transport (car), hold a valid driving license, and maintain absolute willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across the designated regional territory.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. . Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous to support specific regional market segments and key commercial printing accounts.
Core Competencies: Exceptional customer focus, strong presentation capabilities, and sharp negotiation tactics. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of maintaining operational discipline independently in a remote territory.
Technical Literacy: Solid operational proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel) for data tracking and sales reporting.
Responsibilities
Territory Business Development: Source, identify, and proactively establish contact with new B2B accounts (signage manufacturers, printing shops, and advertising agencies) within your designated region via phone, email, and cold field visits.
Account Management: Re-engage, nurture, and maintain long-term professional relationships built on trust with our existing corporate clients to ensure continuous repeat orders.
Consultative Sales Support: Handle localized inbound product inquiries promptly and professionally, accurately diagnosing client printing material requirements and presenting tailored product solutions.
Commercial Documentation: Prepare, review, and issue accurate commercial quotations to prospective clients, executing rigorous pipeline follow-ups to maximize closing ratios.
Strategic Negotiations: Conduct price and contract negotiations effectively, aligning volume discounts strategically to meet or exceed monthly individual and regional sales targets.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports for monthly management meetings, mapping out performance metrics, target analysis, regional competitor movements, and localized strategies to boost sales.
