Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, front-desk operations, or basic bookkeeping.
- Personality: Positive learning attitude, highly organized, detail-oriented, honest, and driven with high integrity.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with parents and children.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, QuickBooks) or MS Excel.
Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp promptly.
- Arrange replacement classes and communicate schedule changes to parents.
- Notify customers of class closures (e.g., due to bad weather or maintenance).
- Handle day-to-day accounts, including data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Process customer payments, issue receipts, and closely monitor outstanding balances for timely fee collections.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of collections and prepare simple financial/sales reports for management.
- Prepare, distribute, and control student certificates, progress reports, and starter kits.
- Collect, review, and respond to customer feedback effectively to maintain high satisfaction.
- Support and assist with enrollment and payment collection for swim competitions, camps, and events.
- Support the execution of child safety and safeguarding policies.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
