Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Beribu Inspirasi Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in the construction industry.

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Good knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, contracts, and construction claims.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant quantity surveying software.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, tender documents, and quotations.

Monitor project costs and ensure expenses remain within the approved budget.

Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare progress claims and verify subcontractor claims.

Handle contract administration and project documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.

Prepare cost reports and provide updates to management.
