Possess a Diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering Technology).

Demonstrate 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a testing or technical support role, preferably within the Engineering or Technical Consulting sector.

Proficient in performing technical support tasks, including diagnosing issues and providing initial solutions.

Skilled in troubleshooting electronic or mechanical components and systems to identify root causes of failures.

Ability to meticulously document test procedures, results, and any encountered anomalies.

Familiarity with common testing equipment and methodologies.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Willingness to work onsite in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang.

Perform functional, performance, and stress testing on various hardware and software components according to established test plans and procedures.

Set up, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment and laboratory environment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

Document test procedures, test results, and defect reports clearly and concisely, utilizing bug tracking systems.

Collaborate with engineers and developers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues identified during testing, providing detailed feedback for resolution.

Assist in the development and execution of test cases, identifying potential areas for improvement in product functionality and user experience.

Maintain accurate records of test equipment usage, calibration status, and inventory.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while working in the laboratory and handling equipment.
