Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess an LCCI, Diploma, Degree, or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.
  • Candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing, payment vouchers (PV), and payroll processes is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience using accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or UBS will be an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to handle financial data and documents accurately.
  • Good time-management skills and able to complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling company financial information.
  • Willing to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously improve professional knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry for financial transactions and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare payment vouchers (PV) and other related payment documents.
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll.
  • Handle invoices, collections, and payment transactions.
  • Assist with daily accounting operations and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Organise and maintain financial records and filing systems.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
