Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain positive employee relations and assist with day-to-day employee inquiries.
- Support general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
