Full Time Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in M&J Supply Chain Services Johor - Maukerja

Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing facilities; minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.

Language: Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory for HQ liaison). English & BM are a plus.

Certification: Chargeman/Wireman certificate (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong hands-on troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of factory infrastructure and equipment, ensuring the normal functioning of power distribution, power systems, water supply & drainage, HVAC, and other facilities; handle daily abnormalities and emergency breakdowns promptly.

Guide and direct maintenance technicians on key daily inspection points to identify and resolve potential issues and hidden faults in a timely manner.

Conduct in-depth on-site work, perform hands-on operation and maintenance of all equipment, and inspect the quality of maintenance work performed.

Manage factory energy expenses, including water, electricity, and gas; arrange regular calibration and annual inspections for special equipment.

Provide technical coordination for factory infrastructure renovation and upgrade projects.
