Able to work at Taman Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru

At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable relevant tasks

Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills

Proficient in using AutoCount software and spreadsheet applications

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to communicate with mandarin-speaking clients.

Knowledge in SST & e-invoice regulations

Knowledge of accounting principles and credit management best practices

Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on overdue payments

Reconcile any irregularities in receipts

Posting receipts in timely manner

Perform account reconciliations

Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and transactions

Preparing aged accounts receivable reports and analysis

Assisting with credit control procedures and policies

Collaborating with the finance team to ensure effective cash flow management

Assists in month-end closing processes

Involved in monthly stock count activity
