Possess a Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field.

Demonstrate 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a technical or engineering support role.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Proficiency in using common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment relevant to the engineering field.

Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols in a workshop or manufacturing environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting and quality control.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand instructions.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes within the engineering and technical consulting sector.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in an onsite setting in Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Assist senior technicians and engineers in performing routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of equipment and machinery.

Conduct basic troubleshooting of technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions under supervision.

Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies.

Operate and monitor technical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reporting any deviations.

Support the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.

Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge relevant to the company's operations.

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand equipment functionality and repair requirements.

Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Perform general housekeeping duties in the workshop and work areas to maintain organization and cleanliness.
