Job Description:

• Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service

• Attend to enquiry via phone calls

• Schedule patient’s appointment

• Process invoice and payment collections

• Dispense medication and maintain inventory levels

• Basic housekeeping

• Assist with clinic opening and closing

• To perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements：

• Minimum SPM or equivalent

• Basic IT knowledge

• Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers

• Be open to learning new things

• Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude

• Proficiency both in Mandarin and English is a must, to handle Mandarin-speaking customers and colleagues
