Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in HR or administration will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.

  • Maintain employee records and filing systems.

  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and other related documents.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.

  • Assist with recruitment arrangements, including interview scheduling and onboarding.

  • Handle office administration, stationery, and general office support.

  • Liaise with government agencies and external parties when required.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
