Job Description

Requirements

  • Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to established recipes and standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Properly store and handle all food items, including receiving, stocking, and inventory management.

  • Learn and execute basic culinary techniques and knife skills under the guidance of experienced kitchen staff.

  • Support the overall kitchen operations by performing tasks such as washing dishes, prepping ingredients, and assisting with plating.

  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of food.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen environment.

  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of food orders.

  • Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to meet quality and aesthetic standards.

  • Participate in cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and the overall kitchen environment.

  • Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere by demonstrating a willingness to learn and assist wherever required.
