Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive dining experience.

  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, relaying them clearly to the kitchen staff.

  • Handle food and beverages safely and hygienically according to company standards and local regulations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure satisfaction.

  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, under the guidance of senior staff.

  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for order entry and payment processing.

  • Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new menu items, service procedures, and operational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and efficient manner, creating a positive first impression.

  • Take customer orders accurately, using the POS system or order pads, and relay any special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen staff.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met and that all orders are complete.

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, and ensure restrooms are kept clean and well-stocked.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including kitchen staff and other service crew, to ensure smooth operations and efficient service flow.

  • Process payments accurately using cash, credit cards, or other payment methods, and manage the cash register responsibly.

  • Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as cutlery, napkins, condiments, and beverages throughout the shift.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and service standards.
