Requirements
Machine Operation
Operate production machines according to approved work instructions (WI) and SOP.
Set up and prepare machines before production starts.
Monitor machine performance during production.
Stop the machine immediately and report any abnormalities to the Supervisor.
Perform simple machine adjustments within authorized limits.
Production
Produce parts according to the daily production schedule.
Ensure production output meets quantity and quality requirements.
Record production output, downtime, and rejection data accurately.
Minimize material waste during production.
