Responsible for driving sales of the company’s industrial products, building strong customer relationships, meeting revenue targets, and expanding the customer base.
In this role, you will work with established clients across key industries including palm oil, glove manufacturing, poultry, and food & beverages, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This position offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, technical product knowledge, and relationship management in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients interested in industrial electrical products.
Present and demonstrate product capabilities to customers, explaining technical features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat sales and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, invoices, and follow up on orders.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Provide market and competitor feedback to management for strategy refinement.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Results-oriented with good customer service ability.
Candidates with relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
Candidate must be responsible, able to work independently, self-motivated
Possess own transport and willing to travel & outstation.
