Full Time Technical Business Analyst Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Neuron Solutions Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements by working closely with stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements to support system implementation.
• Create and maintain business process maps and workflow documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to refine requirements and support Agile delivery.
• Perform gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities.
• Support data mapping, data migration, and business rule definition.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and business validation.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software or digital transformation projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in business process modelling and workflow analysis.
• Good understanding of data mapping, data migration, and system integration.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
