Requirements

This position is located at Sementra Nature Resort, Lot 15918, Kampung Ulu Geroh, 31600 Gopeng, Perak.Please check the travel distance before confirming your application for the position.

HOSTEL PROVIDED

Salary: RM1,700+incentive+OT(when given)

Job Requirements:

  • High School/College graduates possessed a Diploma or Certificate.

  • Preferably with more than 1 year of hands-on relevant working experience in a resort or hospitality industry.

  • Fresh High School/College graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.

  • Is independent, intuitive, responsible, demonstrate leadership and able to handle multiple tasks.

  • PC-literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and resort/hotel guest registration system will be an added advantage.

  • Must be able to read, write & commute in English and Bahasa Melayu

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere

  • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.

  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary

  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets

  • Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail

  • Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)

  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.

  • Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks

  • Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed

  • Reports directly to the Resort Front Office Executive.
