Position: Unmanned Systems and Drone Technology Engineer
Role Overview
As an Unmanned Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our drones and automation equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that address real-world challenges. Responsibilities
• Design and prototype drone hardware, including frames, propulsion systems, and sensors.
• Develop and optimize flight control algorithms for stability, navigation, and autonomous operations.
• Design and develop robotics payload and equipment.
• Develop control software and collaborate with other software engineers to integrate hardware and software components.
• Conduct field tests and analyse data to improve drone performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
• A minimum of bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, radio communications or a related field.
• Proficiency in Real-time embedded systems, ROS, C/C++, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Proficiency in radio communications and networking and communication protocols
• Experience with CAD software for 3D modelling and design.
• Knowledge of UAV regulations and Drone Pilot licence (e.g. RCOC-B) is a plus.
• Passion for drones and a desire to innovate.
• You may have only a portion of the experience we need but it is OK as you will have many opportunities to gain experience and then deploy.

Proactively engaged in oversees, assess and discovering the existing processes and workflow. The Production Engineer is responsible for liaising and coordinating with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of improvement projects. Involves designing, implementation and testing new procedures aimed at optimizing productivity.
-Apply LEAN and Kaizen knowledge for developing best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
-Assist in troubleshooting production plant-related issues to secure high production efficiency.
-Responsible for new line setup. He/ She must make sure the BOM, Process Flow Chart, Work Instruction, Process Standard Time, jigs and fixture and machine are readily prepared.
-Ensure effective executive of preventive maintenance programs.
-Maintain and improve the overall condition of the plant to minimize downtime and breakdowns.
-Lead the maintenance team and contractors to efficiently execute plant projects.
-Assist the production team in providing training on plant operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
-Enforce safe regulations to uphold a secure working environment within the plant.
-Ensure adherence to food hygiene and safety programs, including monitoring process control parameters and addressing any non-conformances or potential safety hazards promptly.
