Requirements

    Proactively identify issues and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

Assist the business owner in administration, documentation, reporting, operations coordination and daily business management across plantation, factory and trading operations. Ensure all work is organized, accurate and completed on time.

一、行政管理 / Administration

  • 整理合同、Invoice、DO、PO、收据及公司文件。
    Organize contracts, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, receipts and company documents.

  • 建立电子及纸本档案系统。
    Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.

  • 安排会议、行程及文件签署。
    Arrange meetings, schedules and document signing.

二、园区管理 / Plantation Administration

  • 负责园区的日报、周报及月报。
    Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the plantation

  • 更新收成、施肥、喷药、人工、库存及成本资料。
    Update harvest, fertiliser, spraying, labour, inventory and cost records.

  • 维护管理Dashboard。
    Maintain management dashboards.

三、木薯片工厂 / Tapioca Chips Factory

  • 记录原料、生产、出成率、食油消耗、库存及销售。
    Maintain raw material, production, yield, cooking oil, inventory and sales records.

  • 整理成本及生产分析。
    Prepare production and cost analysis.

四、肥料业务 / Fertiliser Business

  • 跟进供应商、报价、订单、客户及运输。
    Coordinate suppliers, quotations, orders, customers and logistics.

  • 整理产品及市场资料。
    Maintain product and marketing information.

五、财务及人事 / Finance & HR Support

  • 记录收入、支出、报销、现金流及应收账款。
    Record income, expenses, claims, cash flow and accounts receivable.

  • 维护员工资料、薪资、假期及KPI。
    Maintain employee records, payroll information, leave and KPI.

六、营运协调 / Operations Coordination

  • 跟进各负责人提交报告。
    Follow up with department heads for timely reports.

  • 提醒重要事项及截止日期。
    Remind management of important deadlines.

  • 跟进客户付款及供应商交货。
    Monitor customer payments and supplier deliveries.
