Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in a senior technician role, preferably within the M&E engineering sector.

Proven expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems, including rotating equipment, pumps, and general machinery.

Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and power distribution.

Demonstrated experience in the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Proficiency in understanding and working with plumbing and drainage systems, including identifying leaks and blockages.

Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) for monitoring and controlling building services.

Skilled in implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Excellent technical diagnostic skills, with the ability to use testing equipment and interpret results accurately.

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.

Thorough understanding and strict adherence to safety procedures and regulations in a workshop and site environment.

Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, other technicians, and site personnel.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.

Willingness to work onsite in Jalan Angsa, Kapar, Selangor.

Lead and perform complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across various facilities, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and minimal downtime.

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all building systems, including plumbing, drainage, and Building Management Systems (BMS), to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Interpret and utilize technical blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic data to accurately identify system faults and implement effective repair strategies.

Oversee and conduct thorough technical diagnostics on a wide range of M&E equipment, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to pinpoint root causes of malfunctions.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety procedures and regulations during maintenance and repair activities, promoting a safe working environment for the team and facility occupants.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and other technicians, to coordinate maintenance schedules, resolve complex technical challenges, and contribute to project success.

Mentor and guide junior technicians, providing technical expertise and training to enhance their skills in mechanical systems maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and other relevant areas.
