Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience* in HR, Administration, or Accounting.
Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
Experience using AutoCount Accounting is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources, administration, and accounting functions.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and resignation letters.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Prepare monthly payroll information and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO & EIS).
Prepare quotations, invoices, statements, and official receipts.
Record accounting transactions using AutoCount Accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and government agencies when required.
Manage office administration and support Management with ad hoc assignments.
